    With over four dozen species to its name, this robust plant has been used in the cut flower industry for its very long lasting and beautiful flowers. They prefer a sunny, but moist location, even a south facing hillside to flourish and increase. Most should grow as far north as zone 7 with mulch, and some will accept even colder conditions.
