SHIPPING SCHEDULE: Wednesdays (weather permitting) for all orders paid by the previous Monday, May through October. Otherwise, orders still accepted November through April for May shipment (During this time period don't send payment or finish Paypal transaction, but do complete invoice. You will be notified to complete payment at time of shipping).
Agreement
Purchasing from this list means you have read and agree to the following:
- Although this is a persistent list, shipping schedules can be affected by weather and holidays.
- If an item is ordered that is not due to ship until later, all other items will have to wait to ship along with the delayed item. This may be avoided by placing multiple orders.
- Paypal payments are considered processed as soon as payment is received, and check/money orders & e-checks are considered processed upon cleared payment.
- If Paypal payments or any form of mailed payment are not received within 10 days of the order, the invoice will be canceled.
- Understand that, by default, Bulbmeister.COM only ships to locations in the U.S.; international export is not possible. Additionally, we are unable to ship to California at this time.
Bulbmeister.COM guarantees the bulbs to be as described and in excellent condition. All items on this list are either grown in the Bulbmeister.COM nursery bed or greenhouse. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product(s) postmarked within 7 business days of receipt, then you will be refunded 110% of return shipping charges (USPS PRIORITY ONLY with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION) plus 110% of the cost of the product(s), excluding original shipping charges. If you want replacements, follow the same procedure and still get a 110% refund on return shipping.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of return, refunded to the payment source.
Why only 7 days, not 30? A flower bulb is a perishable product, and these are intended for immediate planting when received. Seven days is more than enough time to inspect flower bulbs and choose to return them or plant them. You don't have to find anything wrong with the bulbs to return them, and the same guarantee applies.
Shipping Method and Fees
When shipping season begins, Bulbmeister.COM uses, exclusively, USPS 2-3 Day Priority with Delivery Confirmation to assure you receive your bulbs in the best condition possible. Minimum shipping & handling fee is $10.95, 35% < $50, 25% < $100, 15% < $250, 5% < $500, and FREE for orders of $500 or more. This order cannot be combined with other available list orders because of different discount options and shipping schedules.
