Lilium (DIV IX) henryi

From the family, Liliaceae, having common name(s) associated with the genus; Lily.

Forms 4 to 10 large, orange flowers on pedicels held horizontally, often carrying two pendent flowers each. Segments 2 1/2-3 inches long, with numerous raised papillae on basal half of inner surface. Leaves shiny, dark green, becoming crowded below the flowers. Ht. 60-84 inches.
