From the family, Amaryllidaceae, having common name(s) associated with the genus; Milk Lily, Orinoco Lily, Milk and Wine Lily.

Hybrid of C. bulbispermum (N.L. Burm.) and C. moorei. Umbel with 5-10 trumpet-shaped snow-white flowers, 4 inches across, perianth tube curved. Leaves about 20, up to 3 feet long and much to the liking of snails! Hardier than both parents. Ht. 20-24 inches.
