Lycoris haywardii

From the family, Amaryllidaceae, having common name(s) associated with the genus; Spider Lily, Surprise Lily, Hurricane Lily, Resurrection Lily, Magic Lily, Naked Ladies.

The image is only representative of the MOTHER parent. A wonderful addition to your Lycoris collection, having winter foliage, with rich pink flowers having ink blue tips. L. sprengeri was an obvious parent to this mostly sterile species. Ht. 24-30 inches. Hardy in zones 7, 8, 9, 10.

Open Pollinated, meaning only the mother parent is clearly known. Any number of other species or varieties may have contributed pollen. Each seedling will be unique and not exactly like the mother parent, even if resulting from self-pollination.
