From the family, Amaryllidaceae, having common name(s) associated with the genus; Spider Lily, Surprise Lily, Hurricane Lily, Resurrection Lily, Magic Lily, Naked Ladies.

The image is only representative of the MOTHER plant. A wonderful addition to your Lycoris collection, having spring foliage, with influences from L. longituba and a special L. longituba selection that had L. chinensis in its parentage. Ht. 24-30 inches. Hardy in zones 7, 8, 9, 10.

Seed collected from ONE Lycoris cloned cross currently selected for observation and breeding. The MOTHER parent is pictured. These are Open Pollinated seed, meaning only the mother genus is clearly known. Any number of other species or varieties may have contributed pollen. Each seedling will be unique and not exactly like the mother parent, even if resulting from self-pollination.
