Liliaceae, having common name(s) associated with the genus; Tulip Species.
From Dutch gardens. This appeared at a 'green auction' at Jan Roes' nursery, Heemstede, but nobody has been able to find out from where he got it. Flowers yellow, lacking a basal blotch, with a deep green and bronze tinge on the exterior. Segments 5 x 1.25 inches. Extremely hardy and vigorous.
