Coll. by Dr R. D. Meikle and B. Tafall on Cyprus, Troodos Range, in 1976. A local endemic, rare in cultivation, rare in literature as well! A good dwarf ornithogalum of the non-weedy kind. Bulbs flask-shaped, non-bulbiliferous. Flowers pure white. Ht. 2-4 inches.
