From the family, Amaryllidaceae, having common name(s) associated with the genus; Daffodil, Jonquil.

(Section Tazettae) Israeli nursery stock (Ziva). Up to 20 flowers in umbels, pure white, corona rather short, sweetly scented. Leaves glaucous and quiet broad, appearing early. Flowers as early as December when forced. Cultivation as in N. tazetta cultvars.
