From the family, Iridaceae, having common name(s) associated with the genus; Flag, Sword Lily.

Type Duschanbe Coll. by A. K. in C. Asia: Rep. Tadzhikistan, near Duschanbe, in 1978. A vigorous clone with wider leaves than the other clone offered. The habit is quite different. Flowers the usual creamy-white with yellow blades to the falls. Ht. 12-18 inches.
