Alliaceae, having common name(s) associated with the genus; Flowering Garlic, Onion.
Selected from A. stipitatum by A. Langedijk. Flowers creamy white, anthers white (anthers yellow in 'Mount Everest'). Forms a good spherical umbel 5-6 inches diameter, whilst the umbel is hemispherical in 'Mount Everest', the latter however is more resistant to Fusarium oxysporum. Ht. 48-60 inches.
