Hyacinthaceae, having common name(s) associated with the genus; Grape Hyacinth.
Coll. by J. R. in the Central Caucasus: North Ossethia Autonomous Region, growing in very exposed situations on top of cracked rock formations, in pockets of black soil, 2000 m alt., 1983. This is the rare, true species with very pale, almost translucent blue flowers; most distinct. Dislikes summer baking.
