From the family, Alliaceae, having common name(s) associated with the genus; Flowering Garlic, Onion.

The same as the plant often offered erroneously as "A. rosenbachianum Album", from Dutch gardens. Flowers greenish-white, not very attractive, lasting up to one week only. Ht. 40-60 inches.
